It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or
corporation, either as owner, lessee, occupant or otherwise, to store
or deposit or cause or permit to be stored or deposited an abandoned,
junked, discarded, dismantled or unregistered motor vehicle in and
upon any private land or private property within the City of New Rochelle.
Nothing in this article shall be construed to prohibit the parking
of an unlicensed motor vehicle or motorcycle in a private garage.
This article shall not apply to properties occupied
and used for the repair, reconditioning and remodeling of vehicles
in conformance with the Zoning Ordinance of the City of New Rochelle.
Any person who shall be found guilty of a violation
