It shall be unlawful for the operator of any truck or truck with trailer, with a registered gross weight of more than five gross tons, to drive the same on any road in the Township having a width of 28 feet or less and posted as a “no truck traffic” zone. This prohibition shall not apply to local deliveries.

This prohibition shall not apply to local deliveries.
A. 
It shall be unlawful for the operator of any truck being driven to or from the said truck terminal situated on the northerly side of Stokes Park Road to drive the same on Stokes Park Road west of the driveway of the said terminal. It shall be unlawful for the owner of any truck being driven to or from the said truck terminal on the northerly side of said Stokes Park Road to permit the same to be driven on Stokes Park Road west of the driveway of the said terminal. It shall be unlawful for the operator of any truck being driven from said terminal to make a right turn on Stokes Park Road.
B. 
Except for the purpose of picking up or delivering any goods, wares, merchandise or material from or to any premises located on any such street or portion thereof or any premises located on another street where there is no other means of access to that street, it shall be unlawful for any person to drive any truck, as defined in the Vehicle Code,[1] upon any of the following streets or parts of streets:
