The Urban Residential District has the highest density and widest array of any residential district within the Township. The areas are generally proximate to the Borough of Hellertown. Public water and sewer are or may be available and transportation facilities well developed.
The following uses and their accessory uses are permitted by right by the Zoning Officer, provided that the use type, dimensional and all other applicable requirements of this chapter are satisfied:

The following dimensional requirements apply to each principal use permitted in the UR District by right and by conditional use and subject to applicable provisions of this chapter:

Area: minimum 8,000 square feet.
B. 
Width: minimum 60 feet.
C. 
Maximum impervious surface: See charts provided in § 180-127.3 for single-family detached dwelling uses; 35% maximum for all other uses.

Height: maximum 37 feet (no more than three floors).
The following yard requirements apply to each principal use permitted in this district by right and by conditional use, subject to further applicable provisions of this chapter:
