Town of DeWitt, NY Article VII Volunteer Fire Fighters and Ambulance Workers Exemption

§ 170-22 Exemption authorized.

Pursuant to and in accordance with § 466-a of the Real Property Tax Law, the Town Board hereby authorizes the partial exemption of the residence of volunteer fire fighters and volunteer ambulance workers from real property taxes.
