GENERAL REFERENCES

This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the "Publication of
Textual Summary of Adopted Zoning Ordinance Amendments Law."
Within 10 days following the adoption of amendments to the Zoning Ordinance
of the Town of Pound Ridge,[1] the Town Clerk shall cause a summary of the text of every such
amendment to be published in the official newspaper of the Town, in lieu of
the publication of the entire text thereof.
A.
Such summary statements shall include the revised section
number and title and shall state the section numbers, chapters and titles,
if any, which have been superseded or amended.
B.
The public notice shall contain a statement to the effect
that the full text of every amendment is on file in the Town Clerk's
office.
