The following boards, commissions, authorities
and corporations shall be constituted pursuant to the separate ordinances
indicated which have been adopted by the City Council establishing
and governing said board, commission, authority or corporation:
A. The Industrial Commission pursuant to Chapter
32, Industrial Commission.
B. The Historical District Commission pursuant to Chapter
370, Zoning, Article
VI, Historic District.
C. The Bridgeton Municipal Port Authority pursuant to Chapter
48, Port Authority.
D. The Bridgeton Development Corporation pursuant to Chapter
64, Urban Development, Article
II, Development Corporation.
