There shall be a Municipal Court, which shall have and exercise the limited civil and criminal jurisdiction prescribed by law. Said Court shall have a Judge, who shall be known as the "Judge of Municipal Court." He or she shall be appointed in accordance with N.J.S.A. 2B:12-4 and possess the qualifications as set forth by law. The Court shall have a Municipal Court Administrator, who shall be appointed by the Township Manager and who shall perform the functions assigned by the Judge. There may be one or more Deputy Administrators of the Municipal Court who shall be appointed by the Township Manager, provided that funds are provided for such purpose in the Municipal Court budget. Deputy Municipal Court Administrators shall perform the functions assigned to them by the Municipal Judge and the Municipal Court Administrator. The Court shall also have a Violations Clerk, who shall be appointed by the Judge and who shall perform the functions assigned by the Judge or Municipal Court Administrator.
