This article shall apply to any and all licenses and permits, except alcoholic beverage control licenses,[1] issued or approved by the Township of Maple Shade for any business or activity allowed under the provisions of the Code of the Township of Maple Shade.

No license or permit shall be approved, renewed or issued by the Township of Maple Shade unless any and all property taxes or assessments and water, sewer and/or other municipal charges due on the property wherein the business or activity for which the permit or license is sought or is to be conducted are satisfied.
A. 
Whenever a licensee who is the owner of a property upon which a licensed business or activity is conducted, fails to pay the taxes and assessments due on the property for at least three consecutive quarters, the Township may revoke or suspend the license or permit.
B. 
Upon payment of the delinquent taxes or assessments, the license or permit shall be restored.
