All licensed taxicabs operating in the Township
of Maple Shade shall be equipped with meters. Such meters shall be
approved by the Police Department and shall be tested for accuracy
at such times as deemed necessary by the Department.
In the event of any dispute as to the amount
of a fare, this dispute shall be settled by the officer in charge
of the township police station.
