The purpose of this district is to provide for medium density residential uses in locations that are served by public sewers or have the potential to be served by public sewers in the near future and to provide for accessory uses and compatible public and semipublic uses as conditional uses or uses by special exception.
In the R-2, Medium Density Residential, District, only the following uses are authorized.
