The definitions of §
169-1 of the Code of the Borough of Closter shall apply to this article.
There is hereby established a transfer station
in the Borough of Closter which shall be operated by the Department
of Public Works in accordance with a schedule and regulations approved
by the Mayor and Council. The location of the transfer station shall
be determined by the Department of Public Works and approved by the
Mayor and Council.

The Borough’s transfer station shall be closed as a dropoff point of trash, rubbish and any items described in §
169-4 of the Code of the Borough of Closter.
Any person who violates any provision of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished as set forth in Chapter
1, General Provisions, Article
II, Violations and Penalties, of this Code.
Enforcement of this article shall be by the
Borough of Closter Police Department, the Borough of Closter Department
of Public Works and the Borough of Closter Board of Health.
