The provisions of this Part 2 imposing a time limit on parking shall not relieve any person of the duty to observe other and more restrictive provisions prohibiting or limiting the stopping, standing or parking of vehicles as set forth in N.J.S.A. 39:4-138 or any other New Jersey statute or as hereinafter provided.

No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule I (§ 183-44), attached to and made part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle between the hours specified in Schedule II (§ 183-45) on any day, except Sundays and public holidays, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule II, attached to and made a part of this Part 2.
No person shall stop or stand a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule III (§ 183-46), attached to and make a part of this Part 2.
No person shall park a vehicle for longer than the time limit shown in Schedule IV between the hours listed on said Schedule IV (§ 183-47) of any day, except Sundays and public holidays, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule IV, attached to and made a part of this Part 2.
No person shall park a vehicle on the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule V (§ 183-48), attached to and made a part of this Part 2, and designated hereby as having angle parking, except as indicated by such sign or markings, and all vehicles shall park entirely within such markings. Vehicles will be parked at the angles designated.
