A.
The municipality or its designee, in conformance with § 93-40A, shall inspect all phases of the installation of any temporary or permanent stormwater management facilities.

B.
During any stage of the work, if the Township or its
designee determines that any temporary or permanent stormwater management
facilities are not being installed in accordance with the approved
stormwater management site plan, the Township or its designee shall
suspend the work until the Township is satisfied the work can commence
in accordance with the approved site plan.
