It shall be unlawful for any person to obstruct or interfere
with the Bureau of Fire Prevention or any fire department in the performance
of their duties, or to enter or remain within established fire lines
without authorization during a fire, or any investigation or act being
performed in conjunction therein.
It shall be unlawful for an owner, occupant or person-in-charge
of a property on which an exterior gas shutoff has been installed
to fail to maintain the shutoff free from any covering of soil, dirt,
concrete or any other substance or material which may conceal the
shutoff or interfere with its accessibility or use.
