If any chapter, article, section, paragraph, sentence, part, clause or provision of this Code shall be adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be unconstitutional or otherwise invalid, said judgment shall not affect, impair or invalidate any other provision or the remainder of this Code but shall be confined in its operation to the chapter, article, section, paragraph, sentence, part, clause or provision of this Code to which said judgment shall have been made specifically applicable.
