The Code of the Incorporated Village of Sea
Cliff, consisting of Local Law Nos. 1-1979 through 38-1979, together
with the Appendix chapters thereto, adopted simultaneously with the
within local laws, shall be a new and original body of legislation,
and all other local laws, ordinances, orders, schedules, resolutions
and rules and regulations hereinbefore passed or adopted by the Board
of Trustees are hereby deemed superseded and repealed as of the effective
date of adoption of Local Law Nos. 1-1979 through 38-1979 and the
Appendix chapters thereto.
