A. Zoning Board of Appeals. Any persons aggrieved by
any ruling, direction or determination of the Building Inspector involving
the enforcement, application or interpretation of any provision of
this chapter which is not based upon or required by the Uniform Code,
or upon the failure of such Building Inspector to approve, within
60 days after submission, any application for permission for the construction
of a building where such failure is not based upon the applicant's
failure to comply with the provisions of the Uniform Code, may apply
to the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Sea Cliff for a review
thereof.
B. Any person aggrieved by any ruling, direction or determination
of the Building Inspector based upon the provisions of the Uniform
Code, or upon the failure of such Building Inspector to approve, within
60 days after submission, any application for permission for the construction
of a building pursuant to the provisions of the Uniform Code or any
plans or specifications submitted in connection therewith, may apply
to the Department of State Uniform Code Board of Review for a review
thereof pursuant to the provisions of the Executive Law and the rules
and regulations adopted or hereafter adopted by such Board or the
State Fire Prevention Building Code Council.
