Any person violating any provisions of this
chapter shall forfeit and pay a fine after summary conviction therefor
according to the procedure in other cases of summary conviction in
an amount of not less than $100 and not in excess of $300 for the
first offense as to each and every provision of the ordinance violated
by him and in an amount of not less than $300 for each subsequent
offense and in the event of default of payment of such fine, such
person shall be liable to imprisonment for not more than one day for
each $10 of unpaid penalty or fine. Each day after written notice
that the person is in violation of this chapter shall be deemed to
constitute a separate and new violation.
