The provisions of this chapter shall be severable.
Should any section, subsection or provision of this chapter be declared
by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision
shall not affect the validity of the chapter as a whole or of any
part thereof.
All ordinances or sections thereof which are
inconsistent with any of the provisions herein are hereby repealed,
including the Mahoning Township Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance
of 1980 and any subsequent amendments thereto. Nothing in this chapter
shall be construed to affect any suit or proceeding now pending in
any court or any rights accrued or liability incurred or any causes
of action accrued or existing under any ordinance repealed by this
chapter. Nor shall any right or remedy be lost, impaired or affected
by this chapter.

Township, Montour County, Pennsylvania.
