It shall be unlawful for any person to consume
alcoholic beverages on public highways or in public parking places,
including vehicles thereon, within the Town of Brewster.

Whoever violates the provisions of this article
shall be fined in an amount not exceeding $50 for each offense.

No person shall sell, offer for sale, or otherwise distribute
alcoholic beverages in containers less than or equal to 100 milliliters
within the Town of Brewster. This article shall take effect on January
1, 2024.
