One-half of the Town's share (which at present
is equivalent to 1/8 of the total cost) of any riprap, jetty or other
work to prevent erosion of the shores of Brewster shall be reimbursed
by private contribution, unless such work is on Town property and
that no construction shall be undertaken until such contribution has
been received by the Town.
