Township of Burlington, NJ Article XIII Fees for Registering for Sale of Township Property

§ 20-77 Preregistration auction fees.

Anyone wishing to preregister for an auction conducted by the Township of Burlington pursuant to state statute shall be charged a preregistration fee of $2.

§ 20-78 Registration for auction fees.

Anyone wishing to register for an auction conducted by the Township of Burlington pursuant to state statute on the day of said auction shall be charged a registration fee of $5.
