Street signs shall be placed at each street
intersection. Such signs shall be four-way signs, installed at a minimum
of six feet from ground level to the top of the sign and shall consist
of the following materials: six-inch extruded aluminum blanks with
green scotch lite backing and four-inch reflective letters.
No certificate of occupancy shall be issued
for any building on any street which has not been appropriately identified
by the erection of street signs pursuant to this article.
Traffic control signs shall be in accordance
with the latest revision of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control
Devices and placed in accordance with the recommendations of the Traffic
Safety Officer and the Planning Board Engineer.
