No person shall operate a billiard room with 2 or more billiard
tables unless he/she first obtains a license therefor from the Township
Clerk upon approval by the Township Council.
No more than three public billiard room licenses shall be issued
and outstanding at the same time.
The term of the license shall commence on January 1 and shall
terminate on December 31 of the year it is issued.

No license shall be granted covering any new location within
200 feet of the property line of any school or house of worship.
Every billiard room or place licensed under this article shall
not open for business before 7:00 a.m. on any day and shall close
at 12:00 midnight on each day.
