No person shall conduct a business employing the use of amusement
devices commonly known as "baseball batting machines" or similar amusement
devices for profit unless he/she first obtains a license therefor
from the Township Council. A separate license shall be required for
each place or premises.
The term of a license issued under this article shall be for
one year commencing June 1 and ending on May 31 of the following year.
Every place or premises licensed under this article shall be
and remain closed between 1:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.
