No person shall conduct, carry on, operate, exhibit or promote
any motion-picture exhibition business within the Township without
first having obtained a license to do so, issued by the Township Council.
A separate license shall be required for each place where said business
is to be conducted.
The term of the license shall be for one year commencing July
1 and expiring on June 30 of the following year.

Nothing in this article shall be deemed to apply to motion-picture
exhibitions on Township school owned property.
