A. 
In addition to the penalties specified in § 194-30, any license or permit issued under this chapter may be revoked or suspended by the Health Officer if he/she determines after notice and hearing, as provided in Subsection B of this section, that the licensee or permittee has failed to comply with or has otherwise violated any of the applicable provisions of the Code of the Township of Wayne.
B. 
The notice referred to in Subsection A of this section shall be issued and served by the Department of Health on the licensee personally or by registered or certified mail addressed to the address specified in his/her application for the license. The notice shall:
(1) 
Specify wherein he/she has failed to comply with or has otherwise violated the provisions of this chapter.
(2) 
State that he/she is required to appear before the Health Officer at the day and hour therein specified, but not less than 10 days after personal service or the date of mailing.
(3) 
State that he/she is required to show cause at said time and place why his/her said license or permit should not be revoked or suspended.
C. 
At the time and place fixed in the notice referred to in Subsection B of this section, the licensee shall have the right to appear in person or by counsel and to introduce such evidence as he/she may deem fit and proper.

Any license issued under this chapter may be suspended at any time when, in the opinion of the Health Officer, that such action is necessary to abate a present or imminent public health hazard.
A. 
The renewal of any license issued under this chapter may be denied for the failure to comply with or for violation of any of the provisions of this chapter.
B. 
Persons whose license have been denied shall be afforded a hearing before the Health Officer.
