Parties responsible for complying with the provisions
of this Part 2, the Uniform Code and the regulations of the Commissioner
shall include:

Any person having been served with an order to remedy any condition in violation of this Part 2 or of the Uniform Code shall, upon conviction, be subject to penalties as set forth in Chapter 133A of this Code.[1]
