[Adopted 10-23-1989 by L.L. No. 5-1989 as Ch. 32, Art. III, of the 1989 Code]
The Board of Trustees hereby creates the position of Bingo Inspector for the Village and delegates to said Bingo Inspector the responsibility and authority granted to it by law in relation to the supervision and operation of bingo games and the collection and transmission of fees.
The Bingo Inspector shall receive, for services rendered by him, such pay as shall be established by the Board of Trustees.
The Bingo Inspector shall serve at the discretion of the Board of Trustees.
The duties of the Bingo Inspector shall be as follows:
A. 
To check bingo games for all violations of rules.
B. 
To check sales figures turned in by the organizations.
C. 
To keep a comparison of figures turned in by organizations and table counts made by the Inspector.
D. 
To check names of bingo workers on each occasion against an authorized list.
E. 
To investigate complaints made by players and report on same.
F. 
To file individual inspection reports with the Village Clerk each Monday for the preceding week.
G. 
To perform any related work in conjunction with the Board of Trustees and to cooperate and work with the State Bingo Inspector in any manner pertaining to the conduct of bingo games in the Village.
In order to more properly perform the duties of his office, the Bingo Inspector is hereby designated as a special police officer of the Village.
