[Adopted 10-23-1989 by L.L. No. 5-1989
as Ch. 36, Art. IV, of the 1989 Code]
The Board of Trustees of the Village of Endicott does hereby elect to
provide the additional pension benefits currently in effect or enforced per
the Policemen's and Firemen's Retirement Law, as presently or hereafter
amended, and entitled "Guaranteed Retirement Benefits for Employees of Participating
Employers." This election shall become effective with the payroll period beginning
on 19th day of August 1973.
