It shall be unlawful for any person to conduct any circus, menagerie, tent show, outdoor entertainment, concert or exhibition of natural or artificial curiosities for which admission money is demanded or which is conducted for gain or profit without first obtaining a license therefor from the Village Clerk; provided, however, that this section shall not apply to baseball or football games or field sports or amateur concerts, performances or exhibitions or to performances, concerts or exhibitions given for fraternal or benevolent purposes.
Any person applying for a license under the provisions of § 92-1 shall, at the time of making application therefor, pay a fee as follows:
A. 
For each license for a circus: $100.
B. 
For each license for a menagerie: $5.
C. 
For each license for tent shows and outdoor theatrical performances: $10.
D. 
For all other outdoor exhibitions and performances: $10.
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a violation and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding $250 for each offense or imprisonment not exceeding 15 days, or both such fine and imprisonment.
