It is not intended by this chapter to repeal by implication any existing
or future rules or regulations of the New York State Department of Environmental
Conservation or of the Federal Environmental Protection Agency.
Each and every provision of this chapter shall apply with full force
and effect to any and all sanitary sewer districts and/or areas to be formed
hereafter, including extensions thereof.
