A.
The owner of any development found not in compliance
with any provisions of this chapter or any other person who commits or permits
an act in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed
to have committed an offense and shall be liable for any such violation and
the penalty therefor.
B.
For every violation of any provision of this chapter,
the person violating the same shall be subject to a fine of not more than
$1,000. Each week's continued violation of the provisions of this chapter
shall be deemed a separate offense.
C.
Any person violating this chapter shall also be subject
to a civil penalty enforceable and collectible by the Village in the amount
of $1,000 for each such offense. Such penalty shall be collectible by and
in the name of the Village for each week that such violation shall continue.
D.
In addition to the above-provided penalties and punishments,
the Village Board may also maintain an action or proceeding in the name of
the Village and in a court of competent jurisdiction to compel compliance
with or restrain by injunction the violation of the provisions of this chapter.
