[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Rockville
Centre 2-22-1971 by L.L. No. 1-1971 as
Ch. 4 of the 1971 Code.]
No person, firm, association or corporation shall land or start any
aircraft or operate any landing field within the Village without first having
obtained a permit therefor from the Board of Trustees, which shall be issued
only after adequate provisions have been made for the preserving and caring
for the safety, health, comfort and general welfare of the inhabitants of
the Village.
Any person, firm, association or corporation violating any of the provisions
of this chapter shall be liable to a fine not exceeding $100, and any violation
shall constitute and is hereby declared to be disorderly conduct, and any
person or persons violating this chapter shall be and is hereby declared a
disorderly person.
