It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, association or corporation to engage in or practice clairvoyance, astrology, phrenology, mind reading, palmistry, divination or other physical means or pretense of fortune-telling for gain, either direct or indirect within the Village.
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, association or corporation in said Village to print, publish, post or circulate any advertisement, circular, handbill, placard or other printed matter advertising, soliciting or announcing the practice of clairvoyance, astrology, phrenology, mind reading, palmistry, divination or other physical means or pretense of fortune-telling within the Village.

Any person, firm, association or corporation violating any provision of this chapter shall be liable to a fine not exceeding $100, and any violation thereof shall constitute and is hereby declared to be disorderly conduct, and any person or persons violating this chapter or any provision thereof shall be and is hereby declared a disorderly person.
