The compensation of each member of the Council
of the Borough of Evans City is hereby fixed at $360 per annum payable
in installments as from time to time established by resolution of
Borough Council.

The salary of the Mayor of Evans City is hereby
fixed at $360 per annum payable in installments as from time to time
established by resolution of Borough Council.
A.
The compensation of each member of the Zoning Hearing
Board of the Borough of Evans City is hereby fixed at $15 for each
hearing that such member participates in as a voting member, such
compensation not to exceed $180 per annum. Effective January 1, 1994,
the compensation of each member of the Zoning Hearing Board of the
Borough of Evans City is hereby fixed at $30 for each hearing that
such member participates in as a voting member, such compensation
not to exceed $360 per annum.
B.
Such compensation shall be paid to any alternate member
of the Zoning Hearing Board at which such member attends and participates
as a voting member.
C.
No additional compensation shall be granted for any
hearing that is continued or extended to take additional testimony
or to announce a decision. Any member of the Zoning Board may request
that Council compensate him additionally for any hearing which actually
requires more than two nights' participation, which the Council by
majority vote may grant so long as the total of the annual compensation
does not exceed the maximum provided in this section.
