Town of Millsboro, DE Article III Livestock at Large

§ 52-14 Running at large.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to allow or permit any poultry or livestock to run at large on any street, lane, road, alley, avenue, thoroughfare or any other public way within the corporate limits of the Town of Millsboro.

§ 52-15 Violations and penalties.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of § 52-14 hereof shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $25 and shall pay the costs of prosecution.
