It shall be unlawful for any person to post upon or attach to any tree or any telephone, telegraph or electric light pole any handbill, placard or advertisement or any written material whatsoever.
Any person violating any of the provisions of § 121-1 hereof shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $15 and shall pay the cost of prosecution.
For the purposes of this chapter, each posting or attaching of material to any tree or any telephone, telegraph or electric light pole shall be deemed to be a separate offense.
