[Adopted at time of adoption of Code (see
Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. I)]
It shall be unlawful for anyone to allow snow
to remain on the sidewalks of the Town of Millsboro after snowing
has ceased, for more than six daylight hours.
Any person violating the provisions of this
article shall, upon conviction, pay a fine of not more than $10, plus
costs, plus the cost of any removal so ordered by the Town Council.
This article refers to all sidewalks abutting
all property within the limits of the town and applies to owners of
said property and/or tenants occupying said property; furthermore,
this article refers, for purposes of citation for nonconformance,
to each parcel so owned or occupied as a separate violation.
