GENERAL REFERENCES
Handbills — See Ch. 121.
If any person or persons shall break, cut, injure or destroy any tree,
shrub or plant which is now or may hereafter be set out or planted in the
streets of the Town of Millsboro, he, she or they so offending shall forfeit
and pay the sum of $5 for each and every such offense, to be recovered with
costs, in an action before the Alderman, and no person shall post upon, or
attach to any tree, post or light pole in the streets any handbill, placard,
advertisement or other printed matter, and those so offending shall be fined
the sum of $5 for each and every conviction, plus costs.
