The office of sole Assessor in the Town of Concord shall continue to be elected as provided by the law in effect immediately prior to the effective date of former § 1556 of the Real Property Tax Law of the State of New York.[2]

This chapter shall be submitted at a special election to be held in the Town Hall, Town of Concord, from the hours of 12:00 noon to 8:00 p.m., Eastern standard time.[2]
