§ 4-1 Office to be elected.

The office of sole Assessor in the Town of Concord shall continue to be elected as provided by the law in effect immediately prior to the effective date of former § 1556 of the Real Property Tax Law of the State of New York.[2]

§ 4-2 Special election. [1]

This chapter shall be submitted at a special election to be held in the Town Hall, Town of Concord, from the hours of 12:00 noon to 8:00 p.m., Eastern standard time.[2]

§ 4-3 When effective.

This chapter shall become effective if the majority of votes cast on the proposition submitted shall be in the affirmative and on the date this chapter is filed in the office of the Secretary of State of the State of New York.
