The Town Board of the Town of Concord, after
a public hearing, hereby grants to taxpayers within the Town of Concord
over the age of 65 years exemption from real property taxation to
the extent of 50% of the assessed valuation of said real property
to said taxpayers within the Town of Concord with taxable income as
defined by § 467 of the Real Property Tax Law in accordance
with the provisions of § 467 of said Real Property Tax Law
and in compliance with the requirements therein specified as to the
extent and eligibility of said tax exemption.
