The parking of vehicles on streets of the Village is hereby limited as follows, and those vehicles found to be in violation will be removed at the owner's expense pursuant to Article IX, Removal and Storage of Vehicles, of this chapter:
A.
Parking on the east side of Sagg Main Street, across
from the Sagaponack Post Office, from a point 240 feet north of its
intersection with Hedges Lane in a northerly direction for a distance
of 235 feet, is restricted to not more than 30 minutes, between the
hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
B.
Parking on the west side of Sagg Main Street, adjacent
to the Sagaponack Post Office, from a point 235 feet north of its
intersection with Hedges Lane in a northerly direction for a distance
of 80 feet, is limited to 30 minutes between the hours of 9:00 a.m.
and 6:00 p.m.

The parking of vehicles on any street or highway located in the Village of Sagaponack between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., prevailing time, is hereby prohibited, and those vehicles found to be in violation will be removed at the owner’s expense pursuant to Article IX, Removal and Storage of Vehicles, of this chapter.

(2)
On the west side of Sagg Main Street adjacent to the
Sagaponack Post Office from a point 135 feet north of its intersection
with Hedges Lane in a northerly direction for a distance of 75 feet.
B.
This section shall not be effective until signs and
markings giving notice of angle (diagonal) parking requirements are
duly posted.
