215-14 are seasonal tow-away zones, provided that signs so stating are posted at each zone.

The Board of Trustees may, by resolution, designate
any area where parking is prohibited herein as a tow-away zone. The
following areas are so designated:
A. Designated fire zones as defined in §
215-23 of this chapter.
B. Designated handicapped parking spaces as defined in §
215-23.
The owner or other person lawfully entitled
to the possession of any such vehicle may be charged with a reasonable
cost for removal and storage, payable before the vehicle is released.
The Police Department shall, without delay,
report the removal and disposition of any vehicle removed as provided
in this article, and it shall be its duty to ascertain to the extent
possible the owner of the vehicle or person having the same in charge
and to notify him of the removal and disposition of such vehicle and
of the amount which will be required to redeem the same.
