The New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and
Building Code (9 NYCRR, Subtitle S, Chapter I), as amended from time
to time, is applicable to all buildings and structures in the Village
of Westbury, effective January 1, 1984, except as declared to be not
applicable by the provisions of Section 19 of Chapter 707 of the Laws
of 1981 or other provisions of law.[1] The entire territory of the Village is hereby designated
as within Fire Limits B for the purposes of the Uniform Code.
