The several remedies herein provided with respect
to the repair or removal of dangerous buildings or of substandard
buildings or the assessment and recovery of the cost of repair or
removal thereof incurred by the Village and any other remedies, legal
or equitable, available shall be deemed cumulative, and any and all
thereof may be pursued concurrently or consecutively; the pursuit
of any remedy shall not be construed as an election of the waiver
of the right to pursue any and all of the others.
