No person shall build, ignite or cause to be built or ignited any fire outdoors within 25 feet of any building, except in a receptacle constructed of metal with a metal cover, or on any public property.
No person shall build, ignite or leave or cause to be built, ignited or left unattended any fire outdoors at any place in the village unless said fire is attended by a person 16 years old or over.[1]
