It shall be unlawful for any person to drive,
park, stand, load or unload any truck or trailer in or upon any municipal
parking lot, or to cause or to allow any truck or trailer owned by
him or under his control to park, stand, load, unload, be driven or
be in or upon any municipal parking lot.
It shall be unlawful for any person to drive,
park or stand any motor vehicle held or offered for sale or repair
or service in the course of his business or that of his employer in
or upon any municipal parking lot, or to cause or to allow any such
motor vehicle owned by him or under his control to park, stand, be
driven or be in or upon any municipal parking lot.
It shall be unlawful for any person to park
or stand any motor vehicle in or upon any municipal parking lot for
a period of more than 24 hours, or to cause or to allow any motor
vehicle owned by him or under his control to park, stand or be in
or upon any municipal parking lot for a period of more than 24 hours.
It shall be unlawful and a violation of this
chapter for any person to park any vehicle across any line or marking
on the pavement or surface of a municipal parking field designating
a parking space, or in such position that the wheels of the vehicle
shall not be parked entirely within the area designated for parking
by such lines or markings.
