There are hereby established Traffic Control Maps designated by letter as follows to show at all times the City's current:
A. 
No parking areas on market days.
B. 
No parking at any time.
C. 
Parking restricted to municipal officers and employees.
D. 
No parking 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m.
E. 
No parking 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
F. 
No parking 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
G. 
No parking 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
H. 
No stopping 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
I. 
Parking restricted to any period of time.
J. 
Parking meter zones.
K. 
One-way streets.
L. 
Prohibited, restricted and required turns.
M. 
Through street, stop intersections and yield right-of-way intersections.
N. 
Safety zones, load and unload zones and taxicab stands.
O. 
Bus loading zones.

Traffic Control Maps shall be prepared and maintained by the Director of the Department of Public Works or his/her designee and shall be kept on file with the Traffic Commission. The Director of the Department of Public Works may combine information for two or more Traffic Control Maps as lettered in § 285-1 upon a single map and may establish additional Traffic Control Maps. All Traffic Control Maps shall be public records, but keeping these maps current with all applicable regulations adopted by the City shall not be a requisite condition for the prosecution of any violation of a legal regulation of the City, including those promulgated by the Traffic Commission.

The Director of the Department of Public Works or his/her designee shall make all necessary changes on the Traffic Control Maps so that they will conform with the current rules, regulations and resolutions of the Traffic Commission.

The Director of the Department of Public Works or his/her designee shall maintain a file setting forth all traffic control rules, regulations and resolutions adopted from time to time by the Traffic Commission making changes in the Traffic Control Maps. This file shall indicate each amendment in chronological sequence and shall include:
A. 
A description of the change;
B. 
The date the change was adopted by the Traffic Commission; and
C. 
A notation indicating whether signs or markings were required and the date when they were erected or installed.
