Campgrounds in the Borough of Glassboro shall be governed by the most recently adopted New Jersey State Sanitary Code.

§ 490-42 Violations and penalties.

Each violation of Chapter XI of the New Jersey State Sanitary Code shall constitute a separate offense and each violation shall be punishable by a penalty of not less than $50 nor more than $1,000. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense or violation.
